Modality:
Experiential, multi-modal (visual arts, movement, music, poetry, yoga, deep reflective work, counselling etc).

Explores deeper psychological issues, past experiences, and underlying patterns that may be contributing to current problems.

Duration:
Often longer-term, aiming for more in-depth understanding and lasting change.
